Play Priorities
Bayfield School is on a lovely tree-clad site, in the central Auckland suburb of Herne Bay. With a mission of Inspired today – prepared for tomorrow, it wanted its new playground to help nurture students who are happy, motivated and engaged in their learning. While promoting both physical and psychological benefits, the playground also had to suit the school’s challenging terrain.
Fun Solution
A world of fun and exploration awaits students at lunchtime with the new play system and Eagles Lair. Students will enjoy a full body workout – using all muscle groups as they challenge themselves and work through the range of climbing, sliding and balancing activities. The system was designed to fit into a cut out area of an existing bank to maximise the use of the school grounds.
