Rangikura School prides itself on its strong sense of community, and a belief in a collaborative and supportive approach to education that promotes respect and builds self-esteem. These values were top of mind when Playground Centre partnered with the teachers and parents of the Wellington primary school to upgrade their playground.
Fun Solution
Working within the existing playground space, we helped create a bold, bright place to play and learn for the children of Rangikura with our TR343 modular play system.
Ideal for primary school-aged children, the TR343 looks like fun and it is! But the best part is that it’s loaded with equipment and features that provide a rich array of learning and developmental benefits. The large play module features a hexagonal platform and roof and a large Mega Tunnel Slide as well as a diverse range of climbing, balance and overhead activities that are designed to build upper-body strength, flexibility and coordination, and encourage cooperation and teamwork.
The playground is made to withstand the elements (and lots of use) with a combination of timber supporting structures and high-quality metal and UV stabilised plastic. While the striking blue matting and custom pops of blue and yellow on the equipment match the school’s colours and bayside location.
