We worked alongside MDG Landscape Architects to achieve their vision of a playspace in Gumnut Park in Donnybrook, Victoria that would blend seamlessly with its rural bushland surrounds while providing a unique play experience.
Thinking outside the box, we drew on our extensive experience and extensive network of highly-skilled craftsman to create an adventure playground with a difference.
Fun Solution
Flanked by native trees and grasses, Gumnut Park is a triumph in timber.
Far from your conventional playground, the Wobbly Wood adventure course was custom-built for the park from locally sourced Australian timber. It offers an exciting mix of traditional and not-so-traditional play options designed to delight users – from the young to the not-so-young.
The solid, durable structures are set up like an obstacle course with each piece providing its own play or fitness challenge. From the custom Burmese Bridge Fitness Station to the Monkey Bars, a rope climbing apparatus and artfully modified and combined Twig Stack 350 and Twig Stack 351 timber climbing structures, it’s all fun and games under the Australian sun.
