Play Priorities
Bayview Park was upgraded by the City of Monash with a new play space funded by a grant from the Victorian Government’s Local Sports Infrastructure Fund.
In collaboration with ACLA Consultants, the contemporary playground was custom-designed to appeal to growing families, maximise the use of the small space available, and utilise natural tones to blend into the environment.
Fun Solution
The focal point of the play space is the customised Wobbly Wood Tower, featuring tube and open slides, swaying Log Bridge, Spider Web climbing net, rope bridge (as seen in our Activity Trails line) and Noughts & Crosses interactive play panel.
The customised Whirlpool Family Carousel is guaranteed fun for the whole family, while the two-bay Wobbly Wood Flying Saucer includes an vandal-resistant adult sling seat, toddler seat and basket swing for maximum inclusive play.
Projects like this demonstrate a wide range of age groups can be covered in a compact area, within a minimal budget.
Complemented by BBQ and picnic stations, the playground’s robust and New Zealand made quality provides for safe fun for generations to come.
