Play Priorities

For this project the local community board came to us with a need for a natural rope course to compliment the playground. The main concern of the local board was that the bank in which they would like the equipment placed was lined with protected trees which we would have to work the rope courses around.

Fun Solution

Playground Centre designed a wobbly wood rope course with hardwood logs to fit into the natural theme. We also specifically designed rope nets and balance ropes to fit around the existing trees. This was an excellent choice of equipment as it didn’t require digging footing holes, not only because it saved time with the imminent opening day looming, but also because there was restricted digging due to the protected tree roots beneath the surface.
