Making exercise fun was the goal when the Good Shepherd Catholic School in the Perth suburb of Kiara approached us to help them design and build a new addition to their playground. The collaboration resulted in a totally unique playground facility that has a real ‘wow’ factor that entices kids to get in and have a go.
Fun Solution
The school’s new play space offers an exciting mix of challenges for children of all ages with equipment that was custom-made to match obstacles seen as part of Ninja Warrior. Set up in a circuit-style arrangement, the equipment includes rock walls, rope structures, rope climbs, monkey bars and ramps.
All designed to help Good Shepherd students build their strength and fitness, while also helping them learn about healthy competition and the importance of challenging themselves and each other in positive, constructive ways.
