The tough trail turns the playground into an exciting, action-packed fitness experience for
young people aged 10 and up.
Trend sports such as freerunning, parkour or street workout, in which young people reclaim urban
space through their own creative way of getting around and take unusual routes, inspired us in the
development of this new play-sport concept.
No one can escape the appeal of the obstacle trail, which is visually designed to great effect and has
been thought through in terms of movement pedagogy. The sometimes spectacular-looking ascents
and transitions in various degrees of difficulty and the individual elements such as walls, cubes and
platforms are all about the art of moving forward. Strength, coordination and dexterity are required
to overcome the challenging obstacles. The young people learn to deal creatively with the abilities of
their own bodies and to assess them better. On the eibe tough trail, they shimmy, climb and balance –
just like on real-life examples: walls, stairs, railings or park benches in the city. Those who want to can
compete with others in a speed contest.
> Modern, urban design
> Sporty orientation with many movement stimuli from trend sports such as freerunning,
parkour or Ninja Warrior
> Challenging, demanding ascents, transitions and descents for the 10+ target group
> Three casual color concepts to choose from
> Robust materials especially suitable for high utilization and a long product lifetime
> Tested safety: play equipment according to DIN EN 1176
With the eibe tough trail, playgrounds are once again an
attractive place for young people to spend time, full of action
and exercise. Public spaces, parks, and sports and leisure
facilities are upgraded and, with the tough trail, offer a
cross-generational range of exercise.
